Unfurl Therapies is a range of different hands-on techniques and movement modalities including Neuromuscular Therapy, Structural Integration, ScarWork, Myofascial Release and Micro Movement Medicine. Every body is unique, meaning sometimes the most effective approach may be a blend of methods, whilst some techniques such as ScarWork and Structural Integration often work best in isolation.
