Cancellation Policy

Unfurl Therapies understands that life sometimes throws curveballs which can interfere with pre-made plans and appointments.

However, as a self-employed person, I have overhead costs and want to provide clients with a reliable service. As such, I ask that any cancellations to pre-booked treatments be made 48 hours before your planned appointment time. In the event of cancellation within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your pre-booked treatment will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged. Thank you for you understanding.
