Invite in ease, effortlessness, the ability to allow the body to let go.

Structural Integration (SI) is a whole body and holistic approach to postural re-education. SI feels different to massage. It involves working synergistically with the Therapist and combines therapeutic strokes with directed movement from the client.

SI in this format, is a 6-series protocol in which the Therapist works the structures in the front, back and sides of the body, and then looks at the body's spiral bias, and finishes with sessions on both the deep upper and lower areas. It aims to release adhesions and stiffnesses in the fascia/connective tissues, improve their glide and hydration and optimise ease of movement, creating a sense of spaciousness and a more refined inner/somatic awareness.

This treatment often provides relief for those who have ‘tried it all’. If you have unexplained tension or tightness that nothing - massage, stretching, other therapies - can seem to shift, this full-body, holistic process might bring you the ease you’re searching for.
